A Little Bit About Me...Welcome to the 2015-2016 school year!! This year I have the privilege of teaching three sections of IB-HL2, one section of IB-HL1,a nd two sections of LC1 English. I'm looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting new students in my IB and LC1 English classes. I am excited to welcome back my veteran SRT kids and the incoming freshmen.
Cheers to another great year at FHS- GO TIGERS!! A bit about me... I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 and began teaching at Fenton. I am certified to teach English and Psychology. During the summer of 2010, I became a Red Cedar Writing Project Teacher Consultant through Michigan State University. On December 15th of 2013, I graduated from Oakland University and received a Master of Education degree with a concentration in IBO and International Studies. I am married, have three teenage children and two furry kids, Murphy and Molly. When I am not working or grading papers, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, riding horses, golfing, reading YA books, cooking and eating yummy food, hiking, and traveling.
